Shipping & Terms

All Orders will ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery from our Columbus, Ohio Location, unless otherwise specified. In most cases your items will ship with in 1 week. Generally orders will arrive within 5-14 Business Days depending on your location.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you directly to let you know the estimated date of delivery.

When you make an online purchase from Peaks Foundation, your personal information is kept secure.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – Merchandise may be exchanged for other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged. Peaks Foundation is not responsible for postage charges incurred by members exchanging merchandise. Returns will be issued a credit for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is not exchanged for other merchandise.

To exchange/return items you MUST return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it.
